Kocaeli Chamber of Commerce (KOTO) is steeped in history having been established nearly 120 years ago. KOTO is one the largestindependent networking and business support organisation in Turkey. Representing the interests of thousands of companies, we connect over 40,000 business people every year and offer our members a wide range of practical and professional services.
