Fundacio Cecot Persona i Treball, founded in 2010, has the following main objectives.

Promote job placement and participation in processes of collective redundancies and layoffs; promote labor integration of groups at risk of exclusion such as youngsters, women, and elder workers, ex-prisoners, disabled.

Inform, train, give advice, support and monitor people in their process of labor inclusion; increase the ratio of employability of groups at risk of exclusion; promote activities related to Corporate Social Responsibility such as CSR reporting, diversity management, equal opportunities and gender mainstreaming.

Foster research in the fields of social science and labor integration; empower technical staff in charge of employment projects; promote training actions aimed at fostering access and retention of employment and self-employment.

Exchange best practices in the field of corporate social responsibility and labor insertion.

Fundacio Cecot Persona i Treball is linked to Cecot, a multisectorial employers association located in the province of Barcelona.

Cecot counts with 66.000 represented companies and more than 6.000 associated companies all over Spain. The foundation offers human resources services to Cecot’s associated companies, as well as job exchange services to those employers looking for new workers or unemployed looking for a new jobplace.
